All our inflation vests come with a 1 year warranty and we recommend you return them to us every 12 months for a Full Service and Functionality Check. 

Once you have booked your service in see details below for returning to us.

• Package your vest up in a suitable box and INCLUDE your Information Booklet which contains your servicing record and unique vest manufacturing number. (If you have lost this please contact us)

• Include a note of your Name, Address and Contact Details

• Don’t forget,when you return your vest for servicing make sure you have thoroughly rinsed and dried it both inside and out before you send it and please do not ship with CO2 Cannisters.

• Ship your Inflation Vest back to our Servicing team : Blue Soup Equipment, Unit 1, OMNI Business Centre, Omega Park, Alton, UK, GU34 2QD

*Please Note* We cannot accept Inflation Vests for servicing without them first being booked in. Please ensure you complete this step before shipping your vest back to us.

Once serviced we are please to extend your warranty for a further 12 months and return your vest free of charge to you.



What's Included in your Service?

Blue Soup will choose to replace or repair any defects that occur within normal wear and tear circumstances. 

Blue Soup retains the right to define normal wear and tear circumstances, but as a guideline this requires the customer to follow the UP Vest / UN Vest care instructions which can be found in your instruction manual and that you take all reasonable precautions to maintain the garment.

Exposure to elements such as extreme heat and direct sunshine, prolonged sea water and chlorine, and other harsh or abrasive substances can accelerate product degradation and void warranty.

Materials such as fingernails and other sharp objects may tear and rip the outer UP Vest / UN Vest material. Blue Soup will not repair or replace items that have clear physical stress such as rips and split seams, or where there is clear evidence of inadequate care or treatment.

PLEASE REMEMBER - YOUR WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID FOR 1 YEAR.  IF YOU DO NOT RETURN FOR SERVICE BEFORE THIS TIME EXPIRES IT IS NO LONGER COVERED FOR ANY REPAIRS OR REFUNDS.
